In the beginning we had a misunderstanding. I did not get the color or model that I wanted. The owner made it all up to me by giving me a longer warranty. A few neighbors have purchased cars from this dealership and they have told us good things about the people and the cars there. We do not buy cars very often (the one we traded in was an 8-year-old Saturn and our truck is 13 years old); so before going to the dealership, we were dreading the process. But when we went and met Robert, we were pleasantly surprised and found the experience quite positive, and now we have a fantastic new car (Venza) parked in our driveway! Also, one of my neighbors told me that when the car that she purchased from Bayside Toyota had trouble, they were easy to work with, repaired the car, and even gave her a loaner. When I decided to buy a car after only a month, I came in and she completed all the paperwork very quickly. The dealership was great in that they did not make me wait forever like some dealerships when I was buying my Toyota. We reached agreement on the final price quickly and the price was what I wanted to pay. I felt relieved to not have to sit around for hours while management decided on the final price. Management negotiated very quickly to a fair price. For this reason alone, I would go back to this dealer the next time I buy a car. More
