BEWARE--We agreed on a price--doing online deal--once we showed up at dealership we were told that the car that I was promised was more than $1000 more. The salesman knew what the 'out the door' price was---and once we were there Davis Earvin in finance. Sales manager then decided to barrage me with texts telling me how wrong I was. If there was a difference it was between what the salesman told me. Salesman said he had the vehicle on ground...and said come in and they would match the deal--which I had sent them. Bad business here...be careful. More

Dealership is clean attractive and has a punctual staff both myself and my husband purchased Toyotas from Beaman in 2022. A Rav4 ( new) and a fabulous Avalon (Limited) slightly preowned. horrible service, charging for unnecessary services that is not needed and extremely expensive. They never stick to their own words about warranty, totally useless, it’s a total scam, never coming here agai is not needed and extremely expensive. Reference on-line order T41085002474451 & T41085002999800.  I try to support local business when I can, but Beaman Toyota (parts dept) will not one of them moving forward.  The customer has a T41085002999800.  I try to support local business when I can, but Beaman Toyota (parts dept) will not one of them moving forward.  The customer has a better chance of locating Jimmy Hoffa and Amelia Earhart than getting the Parts Manager to respond to emails and phone calls.  I'm up to 4 emails and 6 phone calls that all go to VM and still no response or any idea if/when I'll get my parts.  This issue has happened both times I made on-line orders here.  Is this an example of the great relationship built on trust, transparency, and world-class service Beaman Toyota lauds on their website?   More

Update: After writing reviews on several platform, I was provided an email to contact at Beaman. I emailed Chris Teller and he resolved the issue in a matter of hours. I recently had a transmission flush performed at Beaman Toyota, and shortly after the service, my husband noticed fluid leaking from my vehicle. Unfortunately, I was out of state at the time, so I had to take it to another Toyota dealer near my location. They confirmed the issue was related to the prior service. A plug was not put properly back on. Initially, Beaman Toyota assured me they would take care of the problem. However, once the repair was completed by the other dealership, Beaman stopped returning my calls and never followed up as promised. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and follow-through. I expected more from a dealership that claims to value customer service. More

Had a service appointment on 07/31/25 to bring 2021 Camry in for Airbag recall. Eric Heflin was a great help as our Service Advisor. We appreciate the prompt service and the courteous staff in Beaman Toyota Service Center. The waiting room is very comfortable, modern, and provides water, coffee, and other amenities to customers. Eric kept us informed regarding our car’s progress and let us know right away when our car was ready to drive home. More
