I scheduled my car to have an oil change and tire rotation via the valet service. When I got my car back there was a large dent in it. I called dealership multiple times a day for 3 days. Every time I was told that I would receive a call by the end of the day from the manager. A phone call never came. Waste of my time. I then took my car in person to the dealership to have the dent addressed. I was told how sorry they were and that the entire panel would be replaced. When I had scheduled to drop my car off at Beaman collision they couldn’t find any evidence of my appointment. 2 hours later Beaman collision got in contact with the dealership and confirmed the appointment. Waste of my time. After I was told by the dealership that the whole panel would be replaced, I go to pick up my car and find out that all they did was pull the dent. It is still visible and now it looks like my car had been in a wreck and half xxx repaired. All in all, my oil change/ tire rotation resulted in a dent in my car, 10+ hours of my time tracking down leads due to crappy communication, and a half xxx repair that has caused the value of my car to decrease. More

On April 30, 2022, my wife and I were looking to purchase a 2022 (or 2023 Venza), but due to inventory issues and not having any new vehicles on the lot, Beaman Toyota was requiring a $500 deposit to order t a 2022 (or 2023 Venza), but due to inventory issues and not having any new vehicles on the lot, Beaman Toyota was requiring a $500 deposit to order the vehicle which could take as much as 6 months. The first week of Sept (almost 5 months after placing the order for the Venza), we stopped by the dealership in Nashville TN to inquire about the status of delivery and they told us our order was not in the system. Though disappointed, we decided to at that time to cancel and requested out $500 Deposit back. One of the Representatives told us they do not take deposits for orders, but he would check with the Sales Manager when he returned the following day. We had not heard anything for about a week, and on Sept 23rd we called to see where our Deposit check was and was told it would be returned via USPS. As of Oct 1, 2022, we still had not received the Deposit check and called for a specific person and he told us that we had to call back to another person in the dealership, since he could not transfer the call. We called back minutes later and was told that Beaman Toyota does not take deposits and if they did, they would tear the check up. We insisted that due to the issues with this entire transaction, that we felt better having the check returned via USPS…but the person we spoke to was getting irritated and short with us, and said he will take care of it, but I have my doubts. I decided just in case, to put a Stop Payment on that check because of my trust issues with the Beaman Sales Representatives and Management we spoke too, and the run around we were getting and the fact that we waited. Very disappointed in Beaman and all of its representatives and attitudes of the Sales and Management of Beaman Toyota Nashville. More
Aug 24, had an appt for oil change and tire rotation at 12:00 noon. Asked how long and was told 2 1/2 to 3 hrs for just this little service. I waited because I had a free oil change for purchasing my truck 12:00 noon. Asked how long and was told 2 1/2 to 3 hrs for just this little service. I waited because I had a free oil change for purchasing my truck there. Waited 3 hrs and asked about the status. My advisor said it hadn’t been pulled in yet. I asked why he didn’t let me know earlier. Crickets. I got my truck back and left. Sad, that such a good dealership(in the past) has let the service dept go downhill. Just be honest and transparent. I ended up going to my local Valvoline Oil Change, and was in and out in 10 mins. Best experience ever. Beaman needs some major service themselves. This will only hurt your overall business More

I drove over four and a half hours to purchase a vehicle in Marc zero, but thier systems requires at least a 1 star rating. I'm extremely frustrated. I drove over four and a half hours to purchase a vehicle in March 2019 from Beaman Toyota. The salesman could not find the extra key, the remote for the DVD player and the Navigation SD card, all of which I was promised would be sent to me within 10 days. Well, three years later, I'm still waiting. I'm contracting them 2 to 3 times a week and was given the same response, that the items will be sent within a few days. Now they are refusing to answer my calls. I have left several voice messages and emails messages that are ignored. I hope this is not the way they treat all of their customers. The only outcome that will resolve this issue is for Beaman Toyota to send the items to me via FedEx next delivery! More
