Pressured and lied to, My experience at Toyota was a bad one. After being there for over an hour We told the salesman we just wanted to go home and think about it. He took our keys to find out the worth of our 2014 honda. I had to keep asking for our keys. They didn't want to take no for an answer. After a while another man with a hat spoke to us. Each man started with a very high price then went down to a lower price. Then we saw a third man who I asked to please get my keys. I told him we just wanted to go home. He got us our keys and told us to just wait a minute and he lowered the price more. My husband finally agreed when he said he'd get us a red car. By this time we didn't even really know exactly what we were getting. When we were with the last man who sold the insurance policies we found out it was a base level model. Before that we were under the impression that it had push button start and electric seats. We were told by the salesman that it was a $35,000 car. When we got home I looked it up on the internet and found out it was $25,000. $189 to lease. Beaver Toyota charged me $249 to lease with my car as a trade in. It was all lies. They wouldn't let us leave till we signed all the papers. We told them we were tired and hadn't eaten since the morning. They didn't even offer us water. We were held there for hours. We are very unhappy. The next day we called up and told them we didn't want their car. We never drove their car home. We took our car and drove it home. They called us up and threatened us. Said they would come to our home and take our honda off our driveway. This happened two days before Christmas. They took all the joy of leasing a new car away. When we told them over and over we didn't want their car and to please just cancel it they wouldn't. More

Bad Repairs I just had my truck repaired here and I must say it was the worst experience I have ever had. I have been here several time and never treated this bad I just had my truck repaired here and I must say it was the worst experience I have ever had. I have been here several time and never treated this bad. Not only was the problem not fixed but when I got it back it had additions problems, however when I picked it up I was told everything was fixed and OK, I couldn't drive it home, I had to turn around and bring it back. The service tech said they would look it and let me know. Received a call the next morning and was told they did nothing wrong and my transmission was bad and needed to be replaced. I picked it up and took it to another shop and repairs were done to fix the wires they hooked up wrong and now it is fixed, no problem with transmission, runs great. I tried to contact Nick who is head of the service dept but no response. Their mechanic even said the transmission oil was black and burnt but when the other shop showed it to me it was still pink in color. I will never bring another vehicle here or but another vehicle from here not would I recommend them to anyone else again. If I could give them a negative star rating I would. Surprisingly Incredible and Pleasant Car Buying Experience Buying a car is usually dreadful, aside from the part when they hand you the keys, but our experience was perfection from start to finish. Even the complimentary cupcakes and popcorn were delicious! I have bought many cars and have never had the dealership people take care of details like Beaver Toyota. They arranged our insurance, got us a new registration, and installed all weather car mats. And a big shocker was that when we went to sign on the dotted line, the price was LOWER than we had agreed on because Chuck found a rebate he could use. He could have easily not done that and we would have not known. A+ day with JB and Chuck! More
