This is a rare description regarding the process of buying a car We explained our needs in a car....she ASKED questions, she LISTENED to us , she SUGGESTED alternatives, most of all she RESPECTED our needs and very importantly, our budget. She knew her product, and could introduce the new models and improvements in terms we could understand. She gave us the high points of how the model and new innovations would benefit us . She never made us feel she was "selling" us, but instead showed us the benefits of having them. We felt she had our interests in mind. To sum it up, we bought the car we wanted from Ms. Cannon, based on her suggestions . She didn't need to sell us. .
