We decided to head down and combine a car pick up with visiting a relative in Portland. A potentially stressful sale was a positive experience. We started the sale with Ron who was very helpful in setting everything up. We also spoke with Heidi in finance and Biff with questions. They were both very patient and answered all our questions. Ron unexpectedly resigned which could have concerned us at the very end. Celso took over and immediately put our concerns to rest. We flew down to Portland and we were picked up by Dominick who finalized the sale when we arrived to the dealership. Dominick offered us beverages, lunch and carried our bags to the new car. We were greeted by Celso and Biff, and felt so welcomed and taken care of. Everything went very smoothly and we were impressed! More

They spent a lot of time making sure I foumd what I wanted, and spent more time getting me at the right cost. Got exactly what I wanted. Great place to go. More
I hate dealerships - this was truly different We were working with a broker to bu a used car, and he came across a promising car at Beaverton Toyota. He said they are considered a pretty good dealership in terms of customer service, so we took the chance and drove out there. I was apprehensive, but they had the car pulled out for our appointment, and Luis Garrido (sales) took over an hour to walk us through the car's features, etc. He even made sure we could use the navigation software by updating the firmware on it. The CLEAR dealership model really works - they are very transparent, they tell you exactly what the price is, and you only deal with one sales person for the whole transaction. There was NO pressure sales techniques. They offered some upsell items, like extended warranties, but Luis said "No problem" and moved on when we declined them. We got a much higher value on our trade in than the broker had offered, they gave us coffee and treats while we waited, and all in all it was a very positive experience. More

I leased a new 2019 car and the contract was charged more fee such as an acquisition fee $650 than I expected (first time to lease). I'm still waiting for a call from the dealer to bring the car back to repair the chip rock on the hook of a vehicle. More
