They will awesome bait and switch you in the first place. And they were selling a $20000 vehicle for $44000. They are the worst ever, do not deal with them. They make themselves look good, they are no good. No good, no good, no good, they pray. They pray on people that have low-income and low credit scores by telling them they will make sure they get them in a vehicle. And then they'll get you in a vehicle. And I'll take it back after they run your credit report 17 times lowering your credit score so that you cannot go to any other car lot to buy a car. And you are proof just asking for it. So sorry for your experience, that is definitely not our goal. We pride ourselves in taking care of the customer. I double checked your quote, and what I found was that the term/program they showed you, which was 84 months only has $1250 in rebate. If you go shorter term you could actually get more than $3000 dollars in rebate. It appears the sales team went longer term in an effort to show you a lower payment . On a Super Duty there are 9 different rebate/programs you can use. Sorry again for any confusion, Brian Freeman GM
