I purchased an oil change package from them and used 1 of the oil changes for my pickup. I traded vehicles shortly thereafter and just took my new pickup in for an oil change. When I checked in I specifica the oil changes for my pickup. I traded vehicles shortly thereafter and just took my new pickup in for an oil change. When I checked in I specifically told them that "I have an oil change package, but this is a new truck that you have not seen before." Mike did not say anything at that time, but when I checked out I was told that the oil change packages are not transferrable between vehicles. Mike should have said something when I was checking in, not after the work was completed. The he had the gall to tell me that this is printed on my receipt, which was in the old truck that I sold 4 months ago. I have purchased 3 of these packages from them in the past and never once did Jill or anyone else who sold me a package say anything about it not being transferrable. This is nothing more that theft by omission. I've always put up with the attempted up-sales and add-ons, but I will never trust them again. More
