Belknap Subaru responded

Belknap Subaru was not involved in this transaction. The vehicle in question was purchased at our sister store Belknap Hyundai. Belknap Hyundai and its staff performed their responsibilities perfectly. They completed the transaction with the customer, delivered a very fine automobile to the customer and paid off his trade in a timely manner. Unfortunately the customer forgot to cancel his electronic payment agreement with GMAC. GMAC took an additional payment per their agreement with the customer. Belknap Hyundai had no power to help the customer with this issue. It was between the customer and GMAC. When the customer could get no satisfaction from GMAC he attempted to suggest that we should refund this amount. While we strive to help our customers with any issue that troubles them, refunding money which we never received is not something we are able to do.
