My experience with Bell Audi in Edison has been extremely disappointing. After purchasing a car from salesperson Willy, the vehicle immediately started showing problems and ultimately didn’t even pass inspec disappointing. After purchasing a car from salesperson Willy, the vehicle immediately started showing problems and ultimately didn’t even pass inspection. What’s worse, once the sale was completed, the dealership completely stopped providing any service or support. They showed no accountability and left us to deal with the issues on our own. It feels like they only cared about closing the deal and had no interest in standing behind the car they sold. This is unacceptable, especially for a brand like Audi. I strongly advise anyone considering Bell Audi Edison to think twice — if problems arise after the purchase, don’t expect them to help you. More
