My Review Of Bell Audi:
I was shopping around for a new lease and was cross shopping a BMW 328i xdrive with an Audi A4 quattro. I e-mailed several dealers to try and find a fair price. I was well aware what the cars should be leasing for based on their current residual values and was ultimately going to decide on which car was best for me. Late on a Friday afternoon, I e-mailed Bell Audi and received a prompt reply from Rami Ayyash who asked specific questions on which model, trim and options I was looking for. In the end he worked up a lease quote for me and I found the price to be fair and advised him I would come in first thing the following morning to take the vehicle on a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, the receptionist greeted me and asked if she could help me. She notified Rami that I was here to see him and he quickly came over to introduce himself, remembering immediately who I was from our e-mail exchange the night before. I let him know I was in a bit of a rush since I had plans that day and was hoping I could test drive the A4. He grabbed the keys and we went out for a drive. During the test drive it was clear he was very knowledgeable about the A4 and Audi vehicles in general. I've gone on test drives where I knew far more about the vehicle than the dealer. Rami was very personable and down to earth and naturally that made me feel comfortable. At no point did it feel like I was working with a salesman. He knew I had plans that day and made no such attempt to keep me in the showroom to try and close the sale - instead he gave me his cell number and told me to just keep in touch, whether it be call or text, and let him know what I decided. I thought about the A4 and how well it drove but knew I wanted the sport package. I compared this to the Sport M trim in the 328i and went to see the BMW one more time. I went to BMW right up the road on Route 1 and walked in, received no greeting from the receptionist, walked up to the 328i in Sport M trim and basically took my time with it. I knocked on the plastics in the interior, I got into the back seat, I opened the trunk, making noise the whole time mind you, and not a single salesman approached me. I found this odd but was glad in a way because I knew what I was looking for and knew enough about the vehicle that I was better off on my own. However, if I were reviewing that dealership they would be getting the lowest rating possible. So the weekend passed and I thought about it. On Monday I sent a text to Rami to see if he was working and he said he'll be there in the afternoon. I went and we went over exactly what I wanted in the color combination that I wanted and he said he'll do what he can to find it for me. As far as he could tell, at that moment, there were no A4s matching that configuration. I left a deposit and waited to hear back from him. I sent him a text the following day (annoying him I'm sure) to see if he had any updates; none he said, they're still looking. I gave him a back up color option if it made things easier. Just as I'm leaving work for the day, I see I have a missed call on my phone from Rami, followed by a text saying "call me when you get a chance". I call him up and he tells me he found the car in my original color choice, Ibis White. He would need to swap it with the dealer who has it and planned to make the trip tomorrow (Wednesday). I thanked him and told him I look forward to hearing back from him. The next day, around the same time of day, I received a picture message from Rami, consisting of three photos, one of the front of the car, one of the rear and one of the interior clearly showing it had the three-spoke steering wheel (part of the sport package that I wanted). I was way too excited at this point and called him up asking if it was early enough to have the car prepped for delivery today. He was a bit hesitant, almost off-guard, telling me he still had to have it detailed and get everything ready. I said I understood to which he asked "what time can you get here?". I told him I could get there within one or two hours and sure enough, I was there within an hour. Rami was surprised how fast I had gotten there but wasted no time walking me through the service area to the detailing area to show me my car. Along the way, we spotted three R8s being serviced in the bay, one was a V10 that they apparently just got in and he gravitated to it like a kid in a candy shop. He leaned inside and gushed over the interior and the outside of the car. I felt like I was car shopping with a buddy of mine. It was clear Rami was passionate about the cars he sells. From there we finished up the paperwork and I was finally done and ready to take my new A4 home well after their 8pm closing time. The Finance Manager I dealt with, Shree was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Rami then took me out to show me virtually every feature in the car and set up the bluetooth connection for my phone. We walked around the outside, went over all the details and even said that if I got home and forgot something he showed me, to just call or text him and he'll go out to a similarly equipped A4 and sit in it and walk me through whatever I needed help with. Rami made the whole experience. I've never had an easier experience in leasing a new vehicle and I've leased numerous times. From the no pressure attitude, to the searching and swapping of the exact match I wanted, to the passion he has for the cars he sells, Rami is the guy you go to when you want an Audi. Period. Thanks again Rami, you better be there in three years because I'll be back and my wife will be coming with me for her own Audi.
