I have been dealing with Bell Audi since we purchased our daughter her first car, a 2007 Audi A4 back in May, 2009. Since the purchase, the vehicle has been back for numerous service issues and I have never daughter her first car, a 2007 Audi A4 back in May, 2009. Since the purchase, the vehicle has been back for numerous service issues and I have never been as pleased as I was on my last visit, dealing with Jonathan Kiwacz. Jonathan made the whole process entirely painless and smooth. He went above and beyond to insure that I was 100% satisfied, not only with the repair, but the entire process, from beginning to end. He put me at ease, understood my issues, called me every step along the way and explained the process and repair in language which made it clear to understand. I would recommend Bell Audi service department and I look forward to dealing with Jonathan in the future. More
I have been taking my car in for service for a number of years at this dealership. Jonathan, was the very first advisor that I dealt with when I took my car there for the first time and I am always happy wi years at this dealership. Jonathan, was the very first advisor that I dealt with when I took my car there for the first time and I am always happy with the level of customer service he provides. He takes the time to explain in detail, the nature of the work being done or that needs to be done. I always feel I am in good hands when I deal with Jonathan. I have dealt with other advisors, but it's to the point where when I call to make an appointment, I always request Jonathan. Quite frankly he is the reason I keep returning to Bell Audi. I have other friends who own and drive Audi's and I always recommend Bell Audi for their service needs. I have dealt with other Audi Dealers in the Tri-State Area and no one compares to Bell Audi. P.S. - Carl the Service Manager is fantastic - any issues I may have, he makes a non-issue. I have a lot of Confidence in Bell Audi, which is why I remain loyal. More

I saved over two thousand dollars getting my car serviced here. They KNOW what needs to be done and more importantly they know what does NOT need to be done. I went to another Audi dealership in Eatontown here. They KNOW what needs to be done and more importantly they know what does NOT need to be done. I went to another Audi dealership in Eatontown first and it was obvious that customer satisfaction nor creating value for their customer was a priority for them. They never responded to me after I took the time to respond to their automated customer service evaluation request expressing my unhappiness with the quality of their service. The folks at Bell Audi know how to do business and maintain a life long customer. I am very happy and the two thousand dollars I saved by NOT servicing my car with Eatontown for things I didn't need was WELL WORTH the extra 10 minutes in distance from my home! Shop around before you choose a dealer and definitely check out Bell Audi. Jonathan Kiwacz was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Kudos to him and Bell Audi. I brought my car in without an appointment for a leak in a tire. They took me promptly and replaced the tire at no cost, as I had purchased the wheel/tire warentee at the time I bought the car. The service was outstanding in that I was taken immediately and got my car back in about one hour. The staff was very helpful and had a back-up plan in case the replaceemtn tire was not in stock, but we got plan A to work. I highly recommend Bell Audi and for service work, Richard Moretti as an expert service advisor. More
Purchased my 2011 Audi A4 at another Audi dealership. However, I was drawn to this dealer last year mainly due to their Stasis tie up. It was also based on good reviews that I've read online. I've had my 5k and a Stasis ECU upgrade last year and very recently my 15k/1yr service. Jonathan had been my service adviser on my Stasis upgrade and 15k service. He was very professional and provided me with all the details of the services and answers to my questions. He provided me with updates regularly. If they continue their great service, I would definitely continue going to this dealer. More

Took my Audi in for a recall to Bell Audi, Jonathan Kiwacz was my service advisor. He was extremely helpful and made my visit quick and easy. He is thorough, you know that when you car is with him, it will get serviced right "the first time". Jonathan is to me the face of the service department. Tom, the GM and Carl the Service director are both excellent leader and instill in their teams, customer are number 1. Trust me that message is felt loud and clear. Best dealership bay far in NJ and best service team. Please take you Audi there! Ask for Jonathan! More
