As a business owner my time is valuable. Knowing my availability would be limited, I put in an online request on a Sunday for a truck I wanted to add to our fleet. Monday morning I received a call from a very courteous lady at the dealership. She scheduled a time and told me to expect a call from Ricky. He followed up, we spoke about what I wanted and about my limited availability and desire to do much of the legwork remotely. Ricky delivered. He had everything taken care of, sent me the paperwork, which I e-signed and arranged to deliver the truck to me an hour away. Luckily, I had a small window on Saturday and was able to pick up the truck in person. Ricky had everything ready when I arrived, including a full tank and fresh wash. I signed a few papers and took possession in less than 30 minutes. It was a no pressure, straightforward, and easy transaction. There is a reason I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealer and will continue to do so. Thanks Ricky! More
