Staci did her job well. She knew we were there with intentions not to buy that day but just to test drive. When I asked to test drive the vehicle off the show room floor she didn't hesitate! Chris Bonesteele is my reason for going to Diehl Ford. He makes the purchase process a breeze. In the service department, Jason Turrell is my guy. I brought my car in for an oil change and he explained why I needed my flux capacitor changed. Saved my bacon! Just Kidding! Jason is as honest as they come and the entire Diehl Ford service department is great. Even Dante Attolini. He is the car wash EXTRAODINAIRE! I met Dante multiple times. Every time I purchase a car (about 5 times now), Dante makes sure that it is clean as a whistle. And after my oil changes Dante makes sure that my carpets are vaccumed better than kirby salesman doing an in-home demo. Long story short, Diehl Ford is full of great guys! Whether you need a new vehicle (Call CHRIS), Service (CALL JASON), or a car wash (CALL DANTE) it is the place to be. AND FREE POPCORN!!!! Can't beat that! More

Although we came in right before close they did everything they could for us in a friendly and helpful atmosphere. They were also willing to lower price on the vehicle to meet our needs. My wife and I had a great experience at Diehl Ford, from working with the salesmen Chris picking out the right car for us, to getting sales approval from Randy, and Emil with the finance, and warranty. Everyone we worked with made us feel comfortable through the whole process; we even got a thank you from Mike Diehl. We have also had our cars serviced at Diehl's for over 25 years, and always have been treated well, we have bought a total 4 vehicles from Diehl Ford, the first a 1973 Ford Ranger pickup, then 1996 Sable, 2003 Mustang, and now our 2010 ford Escape, and would definitely go back again when we need another vehicle. Diehl did a great job on my car, it looks brand new! I hit a deer a few months back and they were able to restore my car. Josh and Brett were both very friendly and always made sure that they had permiss hit a deer a few months back and they were able to restore my car. Dropped by because I heard this place has been around forever. Not sure how they've managed that. Everything they showed me on the lot was a former rental. I told the salesman I didn't want to buy a used forever. Not sure how they've managed that. Everything they showed me on the lot was a former rental. I told the salesman I didn't want to buy a used rental. He laughed at me and told me smart customers know buying a used rental is the best deal. Yeah right. What do you think, that I'm a dummy? Then he said he had a phone call and put me with a real high pressure kind of guy who kept grilling me about payment options and what I was looking to spend per month. How about you find me a good, clean, reliable car first and then we get into that. Steer clear of this dump. More
