My Husband and I were in there last week looking for a car for our son. We could not be happier with our experience! Bart was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and got us a great deal! Our son is so h car for our son. We could not be happier with our experience! Bart was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and got us a great deal! Our son is so happy with his first car. I would recommend Bart to anyone looking for a car or truck. I know we will be back soon because my husband is looking and we wouldn't want to work with anyone else! More
I really liked working with Isaac. He was very straightforward and seemed like a genuinely nice person. I am not thrilled with the dealership though. They had me sign something called He was very straightforward and seemed like a genuinely nice person. I am not thrilled with the dealership though. They had me sign something called a backup contract because they didn’t know my credit union and said they couldn’t hold the car even for a day. I really didn’t want to travel back to Bellingham again so I signed the backup contract which wasn’t well explained to me. Then the finance guy told me I had three business days to get them the money or I would have a loan with chase at a terrible rate. I’ve tried emailing Nicole. I’ve messaged Isaac. I’ve called the finance guy. No one can give me written confirmation that they received the money from my bank. It’s been a great source of stress for me since I expect car dealerships to try and do shady disreputable things and has taken all the joy out of buying a new vehicle. My bank sent me a receipt saying they wired the money the next morning but every day I panic a little thinking what will I do if they didn’t receive the money for some reason and I now have two loans. I wouldn’t have signed the backup contract if I had known they were going to leave me in peril for over a week. They had the best price but this really wasn’t worth the stress. More
I had an okay experience with Bellingham Nissan. I had done my research beforehand, and I would strongly recommend anybody buying / selling a car to do their research. A few things to note: 1) Th I had done my research beforehand, and I would strongly recommend anybody buying / selling a car to do their research. A few things to note: 1) The dealership added "optional" addons to the car, but I despite this not being listing these in the ad, I was forced to pay for them. 2) The trade-in offer I received was insulting. I understand that this is a business, but they offered me $2,400 for a car that they have since listed for $14,000. I came prepared with an all cash off from Carvana and told them they have to match it, which they did. 3) The original loan quote they provided me, was 6.99% for 60 months. They refused to tell me who I would be banking with unless I agreed to buy the car. I had previously been approved for an auto loan through BECU for 5.62% for 60 months. When speaking with BECU, they said that this wasn't needed because they work with this dealership. I don't know why I wasn't offered the same terms at the dealership, and the fact that they wouldn't disclose the lender for the quote they provided me is really sketchy. The employees at the dealership were all friendly, and the dealership was nice enough for the area. I would just strongly recommend anyone looking to buy or trade in a car do their due diligence first More
I got there at 10:00 didn't get out till 3:00p 4 hours to get a car is unacceptably long. In addition no check up after, dont know status of loan, plates, etc. communication was and remains poor get a car is unacceptably long. Dealership seem like it’s the typical dealership that gives you different numbers on the computer and phone and when you get in there, all the numbers are so much different. Preferred dealerships that ar gives you different numbers on the computer and phone and when you get in there, all the numbers are so much different. Preferred dealerships that are upfront about the numbers. And the runaround about trade-in value and savings of tax. They tell you to trade in because you’re gonna save on tax and then they look at it as some kind of discount. Then they change the numbers on you. Being straightforward is the best! More

Salesguys were nice enough but the entire experience has been a headache. I'm an out-of-state buyer. They had the vehicle listed for a fair price so I really didn't haggle much on the price. We agreed on a been a headache. I'm an out-of-state buyer. They had the vehicle listed for a fair price so I really didn't haggle much on the price. We agreed on a price and I traveled to Bellingham to complete the purchase. When I got there, additional fees were sprung on me for being from out-of-state and then they initially refused to fill the gas tank on the car being purchased. I was told, "We sell cars, not gas". Yes, I realize that fact but it's a courtesy for your customers. Next I was told they weren't going to handle the license and registration despite charging me $600 to do so. Whatever. I went back to my home state DMV and was told that I could not do it myself and that my lienholder would need to submit it. Fine... except that they took the money to do the work and my bank wasn't going to fund the loan until they agreed to handle the titling or refunded the money they charged. They agreed to file the paperwork but communication after the fact has been rough. I've had to hunt them down to get any answers and it has been difficult to actually get ahold of them when I call. When the woman who handles the titling finally called me back yesterday, I was told that even if my paperwork doesn't process before my trip permits end, it's okay because I won't get pulled over for having an expired trip permit. Will she be paying my ticket for the delay if I do? Overall, the deal on the vehicle was pretty good. They did eventually agree to fill the gas tank for my trip home. I suppose I will eventually get my registration and plates. It's just been a frustrating experience and I will likely never use them for another purchase. Having gone through many other dealerships that have a bit more focus on customer satisfaction, it blows my mind that these jokers think so little of the people funding their commissions. More
