The pushing and half-truths about the add-ons for used cars (e.g. flashing brake light etc) felt very slimy. I'm used to carter dealers who don't even add this stuff at all, much less push it. Thad was completely unprofessional, blatantly lied to us about gap insurance, no hand shake, didn’t offer to get another chair, he seemed like he was so rushed and bothered to be there. Wasted our time by having to comeback and sign a new contract after not being transparent. Wouldn’t come back because we feel he tried to take advantage of us. He said the bank included gap insurance in loan. When we got home we saw it was an optional 1k. He didn’t tell us it was optional, we were lucky to catch it- but feel bad for the other people that do not catch it on a daily basis. More
