All was good but I’m concerned w/ that the Sync info center may be going out. I had to take it in for an update that should have been done before I purchased the car. I know there have been issues w/ th center may be going out. I had to take it in for an update that should have been done before I purchased the car. I know there have been issues w/ these on Ford’s as I had a problem w/ my 2016 F150. It still moves slowly after the update so I hope if there is another issue that Ben Davis will take care of it. Good service from this dealership, dropped my Explorer off for an oil change and service, got that done and when I picked it up they had performed a recall that I knew about but didn't think they would ha off for an oil change and service, got that done and when I picked it up they had performed a recall that I knew about but didn't think they would have time to get it done during my visit.
