This was an oil change and tire rotation on a fleet vehicle through Element Fleet services and he did not read the back of the Element fleet card which directs suppliers to use a web portal, supplier.e vehicle through Element Fleet services and he did not read the back of the Element fleet card which directs suppliers to use a web portal, supplier.elementfleet.com, to charge the service through so I had to use my p card. He went through a long explanation of how he called the phone number on the back of the card and had to pretend to be me to get someone on the phone. None of that was necessary. Take the time to follow instructions. More
