I would reccommend Ebersole to everyone! I bought my 2004 Buick Rendevouz there in Dec. of 2003, my first new car ever. Theresa Binner is my service manager and she is there for me 24/7!!! One Sat. afternoon car didn't start, just clicked. I called Theresa - she said call John Umberger and he'll take care of you. It was a Sat. late afternoon. I called John and John said jump it and bring it in and we'll take care of you. He was even willing to wait for me. We jumped it, took it in and he did just that, in less than 1 hour! Rich my mechanic did a thorough job, even washed my car, and everyone is friendly there and very knowowdegable and professional. Their service is fabulous!!!!!!!!!!I'd never go any where else! More

We own two GMC vehicles, purchased at Ebersole's. We have recieved what we would call outstanding service from them, especially Lori Jorstad. She will always work to get our vehicles in for service as soon a recieved what we would call outstanding service from them, especially Lori Jorstad. She will always work to get our vehicles in for service as soon as possible, like the time that my wife had a dead battery, it was picked up and repaired by 12 noon because my wife needed it for work at that time. There was the time I was having rough idling and brake problems, and I needed the truck in order to leave for family camping the next day. Lori checked the schedule and got it in right away to be worked on and repaired,the mechanic also found some other safety problem,and Lori called me at home right away to get my OK to have it repaired. Vacation went off with no more hitches. She herself is very knowledgeable and has helped us to locate and zero in on possible problems, before they became big ones. She is a very cheery, but also very competent. She is what I would call a very valuable asset to her company. More
