He was probably the friendliest and most respectful salesman we've worked with during this purchase. The only complaint we have was the wait time to do final paperwork with Yasmin. She was just as awesome, extremely knowledgeable and made the process very quick and efficient considering the workload she had, which amazed me. But, it was a busy day with only one business manager to handle financial paperwork of every sale, causing a wait of almost 2 hrs to get to her. Then, when Jonathan was tied up with another customer, Frank Torres handled the remainder of our experience. We were slightly nervous getting a different representative but again were extremely pleased with him. These two individuals are without a doubt an asset to your team/business. Frank was extremely friendly and helpful, making sure every single question was answered and our experience ended well. Jonathan returned to check on us periodically even while he was doing another sale, then also made sure to see us before we left. I will be looking for another vehicle for myself within the next couple of months and would without a doubt return, if I was able to deal with one of these two men, and I made sure to tell them Id return only to look for one of them. More
