Excellent Experience I'd been looking for the right Q50 for months. Came across Bennett in Allentown. Spoke to Tracey Waters but she was unavailable, but I appreciated the followup phone call and she made sure when I came in that the vehicles I wanted to look at were ready. I was ultimately assisted by Emilio Cruz. Emilio was laid back and knowledgeable. Took me two weeks to get back to PA to finalize the deal. Emilio kept in touch but was never overbearing or pushy. We communicated through email and text, which I found to be awesome! Once I was ready to pick up my new ride he had all the paperwork ready to sign and I was in and out. It was as if Bennett Infiniti was his own company. I will be referring everyone to him and Bennett! More

Purchase of Used Vehicle I recently took a used vehicle (2012 GMC Denali - 38,000 miles) that I purchased in July 2016 to a dealership for inspection. I have put only 3,200 m I recently took a used vehicle (2012 GMC Denali - 38,000 miles) that I purchased in July 2016 to a dealership for inspection. I have put only 3,200 miles since then and it's May 2017. Unfortunately the vehicle needs new brakes, rotors and a few other things. There were no brake pads left and the rotors could not even be turned. They should not have placed an inspection sticker of 5/2017 on this vehicle. I understand normal wear and tear but I have only put 3,200 miles on it which means these brakes were bad when they sold the vehicle. This is the second used vehicle that I bought from them with issues due to inspection sticker being 1 year out from time of purchase. Definitely not giving them a third try. The obviously do not check any of the used vehicles when they come in and will cause headaches for you later. More

He knew my new car intimately and reviewed each feature with me in detail. The manager Greg Black was also very knowledgeable, personable and respectful.
