As usual, I had an excellent customer service experience. This particular visit was handled mostly by the young gentleman at the check in desk who went out of his way to spend time with me to assist with the dash controls I was unable to navigate properly on my own. He also welcomed me to follow up by giving me his card for future assistance by phone. More
