Pavlo, the salesman, knew very little about the car -- whether it was new or used or the price it was listed for online. He also apparently didn't realize there was a large paint scrape where the front e whether it was new or used or the price it was listed for online. He also apparently didn't realize there was a large paint scrape where the front end had rubbed a curb or parking block and I had asked specifically about scratches / blemishes, etc. When the car transport video showing the scrape, which is about three feet long, was pointed out to him, he described it as "minuscule". No apology or "how can I make things right". Clearly he either didn't know the car well enough to be aware the scrape was there, which doesn't seem possible at a Bentley dealership where I was purchasing a car costing nearly $300K, or he simply failed to report it to me. Another issue is that after the price was agreed upon, there were over $3000 of additional charges that had not been revealed. The car itself is wonderful More

He made me feel comfortable as he advocated for me to make a deal that worked best for me and what I needed. Once arriving at the dealership, I was pleased to see my new vehicle parked out front, detailed and ready to go. I was greeted promptly by another rep Niko, who somehow knew exactly who I was and taken right to Pavlo. We looked over the vehicle together and I was able to make the decision to move forward and move right into finance with no wait. Tammy the Finance Manager had everything ready to go for me to make this process painless. Total, I was a the dealership for no longer than 35 minutes. Like I said, painless, convenient and pleasurable. The dealership was incredibly clean and nothing seems out of place. The staff treated me with professionalism throughout. I’d recommend this dealer and Pavlo to anyone looking to make their next purchase. More
