Berlin City Honda and specifically, David Fournier, made my car shopping experience pleasant, quick and easy! I was able to get fair value for my trade-ins and receive knowledgeable and friendly service in the purchase of my new car.

I typically dread buying a new car because the process takes a ton of time but Berlin City makes every effort to anticipate your needs, questions, etc. and move things along. We have purchased our last 3 vehicles from them and have been delighted every time.

We will be purchasing our next vehicle from Berlin City, for sure!

My Review of Berlin City Honda:
I had a very positive buying experience at Berlin City Honda. The staff was knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. As a former Prime Auto customer I was pleased with the professional environment at the showroom. Berlin City didn't play games when discussing the price and was considerate of my time. Prime was just the opposite. It took Prime 4 hours to get to the point of making a serious offer. It took Berlin City less than an hour. Like I said, Berlin City didn't play any games.

The worst place that i have every bought a car i was treated like crap and i am still a month later i cannt drive a car i paid 30,000 dallors for. I been fixing mess ups by them since i bought a car from them. I would not ever be buying a car from them ever again. I bought a lot of cars in the past by far the worst deailership experiences i ever had.

I have spoken to the departments and people involved with your purchase. I'm unclear of the mistake that you speak of? I have learned that due to past car purchases in other states you thought dealers in Maine assisted with vehicle registration. My finance team and sales department did not lead you to believe that we provided this type of service. We did provide you the complete document package to allow you to register the vehicle in Florida. In a show of good faith after your tags had expired, we offered assistance while you went through the steps to get the tags from Florida. I don’t understand as to how we made a mistake? If I don’t have the facts correct please explain the circumstances. If we are at fault I will accept our mistake and apologize to you. Help me understand?

My Review of Berlin City Honda:
Melissa Hatch was fantastic to work with. She made a dreaded experience actually pleasant. The whole process was quick and I never felt like I was being "played", an approach that's common with many dealerships. I came prepared and knew exactly what I wanted and was willing to pay for it and they seemed almost seemed to appreciate that.

The Finance Manger (wish I could recall his name) was very friendly and processed my paperwork in less than 25 minutes. I was thrilled to say the least. I drove 3 different cars, negotiated the sale and signed the paperwork in about two and half hours. That's what I want in a dealership.

Robert was a very nice guy (everyone was really). Robert was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He wasn't pushy or annoying (which is very much appreciated). He listened to what I wanted and was very accomodating. He made the whole buying process very fast and painless. I would definitely reccommend him to future buyers. The entire process from start to finish was really stress free thanks to Robert!!

My Review of Berlin City Honda:
I had arrived at the sales floor while my 2006 Ridgeline was in for warranty service and decided to test drive a few cars. I was quickkly greated by Benjamin Yeaton and I explained to him that I had my truck in service (as to not waste a salesman's time) but that I was interested in looking at some more efficient vehicles. Benjamin was more then helpful. He asked what my driving habits were. He started me in a Fit (which I liked), then we tried a the Insight which I hated) and then we stumbled upon a barely used 2009 Civic-which I loved. During the test drive of the Civic, I actually began to consider giving up my truck. Benjamin reinforced my feelings by stating how strong of a trade-in value the Ridgeline had. Benjamin submited my deal as I wanted it and it was not accepted by the sales manager- but Benjamin thanked me for My time and said that he would keep me posted should prices move more toward where I wanted them to be. I phoned Benjamin later that evening and told him of an offer from another dealership. Benjamin said that he would be in touch with his sales manager and that I should expect a phone call the next day. I did recieve a call at 8:30 A.M. from the sales manager and a deal I could not refuse was presented.
I love my new Civic! Benjamin did a great job converting scheduled matinence into a new "used" sale. My wallet is appreciating the better mpg's too!

Steven Gendron was the ultimate professional in showing us the 2009 CRV. Initially we were looking for a used van and he was keeping an eye out for us. When we changed our minds to purchase a new CRV, he held the specific CRV we wanted until we could make it into the showroom. Even though we already have a 2007 CRV, he explained the features of the new 2009 CRV very well and went with us on the test drive.

My Review of Berlin City Honda:
Berlin City did not live up to their philosophy of keeping it simple. We spent four hours working to a deal. Their orignal "Best Offer" was insulting at best. We did purchase the vehicle. However, I still do not believe it was the best deal they could have given us. The salesman Robert was great. I also appreciate the time that the General Manager, Adil, took with us. However, the deal offered through the Sales Manager or Assistant General Manager Chris was horrible and we almosted walked away as a result.
