After 4 hours of internal deliberation and dialogue I purchased a 2010 G37x on Monday. And over those 4 hours I never felt that anyone in the dealership was unethical, desperate or rude. Moe Skaik did a great job of explaining my car options and Ronnie did a great job of explaining my financing options. And then they let me decide on my own time without hassling me or playing simple games. With that being said, they definitely were trying to make the best deal for their dealership but they did so in a classy way where both parties felt like they got what they needed without unnecessary pressure or tactics. It was a sophisticated deal and a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a new car. More

After having gone to another Infiniti dealer, I can say that my experience at Berman's was much better. Moe Skaik was friendly, prompt, and very knowledgeable about the Infiniti G37X AWD (more so than oth that my experience at Berman's was much better. I just purchased a 2009 G37 AWD from Berman's. I truly have to say it was the best car buying experience that I have ever had, from beginning to end. As well as a great deal on on the new car they gave me an excellent price for the trade-in of my used Infiniti. When it was time to pick up my new car, Moe explained how to use each and every feature of the vehicle. He truly wants you to understand how to use them and get the most out of them. He said that he will follow-up with me in a few weeks to make sure everything is good and explain anything that I still can't figure out. The G37 handles great in this lousy Chicago weather that we're experiencing - the timing of my purchase could not have been any better. I was going to call today and tell them how happy I was with the new car, but before I had a chance, Moe called to check-in with me! I would and will highly recommend Berman's Infiniti to everyone.
