I scheduled an appointment for routine maintenance and the representative confirmed a vacuum and exterior wash would be included. The car was returned and clearly the exterior was not even dry wiped. The service was quick and accurate. But, I left with the tire pressure indicators on, and thought they would be off by now, but still telling me to check tires?? There are plenty of places to buy or lease a car so no matter what you do, don't go to Bernard Volvo to buy one. We have been loyal customers of this dealership, having leased six different Volvos over th matter what you do, don't go to Bernard Volvo to buy one. We have been loyal customers of this dealership, having leased six different Volvos over the last 5 years. When we went to get a new lease and turn in a car, despite the efforts of a diligent sales person, we were rudely rejected by both the finance manager and the general manager due to an error in the leasing application. They did nothing to verify that we have made over 120 on time payments to Volvo and can easily afford to purchase one in cash had we chose to. These people simply do not care at all about you or your business. Or perhaps there is some kind of discrimination going on? Go somewhere else to buy or lease your car; go anywhere else. These guys don't deserve your business. More
Great service and work done. I came in for a maintenance oil change and discovered that the rotors on my S90 needed to be placed, in addition to the brake pads. Dave Petillo was a consummate service advisor who described everything to me and advised on the best use of my extended wear plan. New brakes, new oil, washed and vaccuumed, it is like a new car. I strolled into the dealership, ready to get a new car. We had the lease numbers all sorted out—at least that's what the finance manager and salesperson led me to believe. They asked me to get a certified check for the agreed amount. But, surprise, surprise, when I came back, they had jacked up the numbers and said I needed to pay more. It’s almost as if this dealership is in the business of duping customers, or maybe their finance manager just doesn't understand finance. Either way, it's a garbage dealership. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. More
