I bought a used car from this dealership last year. I can NOT recommend the sales department, especially the back-end operations of their sales deparment. I was driving the car for about a month when they called me and told me I need to come back in to sign new documents in order to process/submit the loan to the lender! And this was after a series of miscommunications regarding the registration, insurance, etc. My salesperson was friendly, helpful and communicatives, but only up until he no longer had a financial interest in helping me (ie. once the deal closed). And even though I was told that their service department gave the car a clean bill of health, the rear wheel bearings and rear brakes both needed to be replaced within 6 months (these issues should have been caught be any knowledgeable service tech). I will NOT do business with this dealership again. More
