I traveled to Bertera as a Ford guy with my son looking for his first truck, we were helped by an outstanding salesperson Gene. Who treated my son as a customer as well as I, while knowing I was doing all for his first truck, we were helped by an outstanding salesperson Gene. Who treated my son as a customer as well as I, while knowing I was doing all the signing. The staff took the time to explain the whole vehicle buying process to my son while we went through all the documents. They took care of registration inspection and voluntarily fixed a couple issues that I missed during the initial check over. I don’t believe that there is such thing as a good deal in vehicle sales, but Gene and the other staff I dealt with made me feel great about the purchase. I can’t thank them enough. Ryan More

I am absolutely appalled by my experience with this dealership. Kyle Vonick contacted me directly through my Facebook Marketplace ad, asking that I bring in a vehicle we had for sale because they were dealership. Kyle Vonick contacted me directly through my Facebook Marketplace ad, asking that I bring in a vehicle we had for sale because they were interested in purchasing it. Kyle didn't even show up to the appointment he scheduled with me. During the appraisal, they told us exactly what the truck was “worth,” what they intended to sell it for, and offered a number that seemed fair based on those representations. We trusted their word — only to find out days later that they listed the same vehicle for $6,000 more than they said they would, and at a valuation more than double what they claimed it was worth during the appraisal. That is blatant dishonesty and a complete lack of transparency. What makes this even worse is the personal disrespect shown during the process. This truck belonged to my stepfather, who passed away from cancer earlier this year. Ryan Gasteyer, one of their salesmen — a former classmate of mine — actually had the audacity to call my late stepfather a “maniac” for the price he originally paid for the truck. I cannot begin to describe how offensive, unprofessional, and disrespectful that was. This dealership misled us for their own profit and displayed an utter disregard for basic decency and ethics. Their behavior was not only deceitful but also deeply disrespectful to my family’s loss. I will never do business with them again and strongly urge anyone considering it to think twice. More
