I shopped at other Subaru dealers and felt uncomfortable at them. Not at Bertera in W. Springfield — despite being a single woman buying my car alone for the first time, I felt very at ease with everyone he at them. Not at Bertera in W. Springfield — despite being a single woman buying my car alone for the first time, I felt very at ease with everyone here and the environment. I was never pressured or hassled and when I asked for more time or space, it was granted, no side-eye or questions. I worked through the transaction at my own pace and felt supported each step of the way. I felt respected too and, in the end, I felt like I got a fair price for the car I wanted. Starlyn worked with me and he was friendly, kind and warm. I would recommend the dealership based on my experience. More
