4 years of complaining about a noise in a new car and they finally verify it but tell me it is now out of warranty. They wanted $280 more to apply the service bulletin since it is now out of warranty. No morals, no ethics. More

Nothing but good experiences for me here I don't write a lot of reviews, but I wanted to put in a good word for Joe Grimm in sales and Julie, Andrew and everyone else in service. I've purchas I don't write a lot of reviews, but I wanted to put in a good word for Joe Grimm in sales and Julie, Andrew and everyone else in service. I've purchased two new cars here and have serviced them here religiously because I like and trust everyone that I've worked with. Any time I'm in for an oil change or whatever, everyone remembers me and takes the time to come say hi. I've also seen them doing this with other customers. Their genuine friendliness goes a long way to build confidence that I'll be treated well any time I'm there. I've dealt with a lot of dealers that will cut corners during inspections or make up repairs that aren't necessary just to make more money. I've never seen anything but straightforward honesty here. Plus, it's super cheap to get an oil change, inspection and free car wash here, so you can bet I'll keep coming back. Sales isn't pushy and they've been more than accommodating with making the numbers work on the car I want. I can't ask for more than that. More

They have free coffee and crumpets and a good vending machine, but if you want healthy snacks while you wait, you will need to bring your own with you. More
