I came into the service center to get an oil change and tire rotation. I used a coupon that I had received in the mail. The service was done quite quickly. I was in for recalls and inspection. The recalls were taken care of quickly and with no charge. There were a number of problems found - most should have been checked or brought to the attention of the s taken care of quickly and with no charge. There were a number of problems found - most should have been checked or brought to the attention of the service department by me; however, I was not aware of the Required Maintenance. Len gave me the Required Maintenance form so that I could follow through with upkeep. Other repairs were for tie rod boots and ball joint boots. The repairs were done within two hours time and when I drove out I felt as though I had a new car again. They also washed the CRV for me !! My experience began when I talked to Len regarding recalls. He made an appointment at my convenience. He is very personable and very thorough in his explanations of the work that needed to be done. It was one of the best experiences I have had with service of any kind for my vehicle. I'd give Len an A+ for his assistance. More
