From the Test Drive, answering the questions, deciding on a purchase, drinking coffee, signing the paperwork, delivery to financing was very painless with the assistance of Wayne Thompson. An experience that I never had before by any Car Dealer and I have brought my share of cars was when I received a call from the Branch Mgr. Tim King about "Can you come back in, we have a lower APR that we would like to offer you?", that was odd and pretty impressive. I'm enjoying the Jeep Overland as a very nice Winter Vehicle.
