My Review of Beverly Hills BMW:
I hate BMWs, but I will be hawkeyeing Beverly Hills BMW's used inventory because I desperately want to give this dealership my business. We came in to look at a vehicle that turned out to no longer have been sold, but Jeff took half an hour to look online with us through his auto group's inventories and then at AutoTrader at large for the type of vehicle we were looking for; he told us as soon as we found a dealership to give him a call so he could call them first and weed out the sleezebags, and he really did! We emailed him a list of dealers with cars we were looking for and he found the only two that were reputable; he even pushed those dealers to drop a grand from the asking price! I wish we could have given him a commission, he worked very hard for us.

My Review of Beverly Hills BMW:
I wonder if the dealer is posting their own ratings on here because what's here sure does not match my experience, the most recent chapter of which is that after four months, and in spite of charging for DMV service, they still have not gotten me my license plates. To be brief, the pre-owned sales manager was a rude jerk, the car had safety problems it shouldn't have been sold with, and the DMV process has been a nightmare, including their first telling me the DMV paperwork was in process (a lie), then telling me I needed to go to the DMV and get a verification form and send it to them, which I did because it seemed like the least hassle. Now, after four calls over the past two weeks, I have not received a call back. Not what you'd expect form a high-end dealership!

My Review of Beverly Hills BMW:
From a sales standpoint, Bever Hills BMW has got to be the worst BMW dealership in the LA area in spite of it's location and potential for upscale clientele. Recently, I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this dealership in search of a 2008 5 series. As soon as I entered this dirty, hot, smelly poor excuse for a BMW dealership without air conditioning, I knew it was going to be a bad experience. Although there was no other customer in the showroom that day, I was left waiting 20 minutes although I had an appointment with a sales rep. Also, there was a fat sweaty middle eastern woman running around the place yelling at everyone. All of the employees looked miserable. It was positively revolting. After finally speaking to a nervous and obviously pressured sales rep, and a poor poor excuse for a sales manager wearing a dirty shirt and a wrinkled suit who refused to deal, I walked out. Needless to say, I did not purchase my car from Beverly Hills BMW. In my opinion, Beverly Hills BMW should be closed down. Stay away from this dealership if you are looking to buy a new BMW.

My Review of Beverly Hills BMW:
I didn't buy my 2004 325ci at Beverly Hills BMW but have taken it there for 2 years for maintenance and service, because it's close to my office. Every visit has been a positive experience. In particular, my service advisor, Paul Sanhaphakd, is the best. He has worked me in with last minute problems a couple of times, and always arranged for very fair treatment in determining if a repair is going to be covered by warranty or not. The service department gets me in and out very quickly...often within the same day. I have an extended warranty, and have been in for a few regularly scheduled maintenance trips, which have always been smooth. I have been able to drop off quickly in the mornings, Paul checks in with me during the day on the status of the maintenance and target pickup time, and the car has always been ready when I arrived to get it. They handle people fairly quickly in the Service area, even with a pretty high volume of customers coming through. I've never waited more than 20 minutes during drop-off or pickup, and generally less time. I've had a couple of minor issues with stereo system, trunk lighting, etc, and the service department has corrected these problems at no charge. I recommend them highly.

My Review of Beverly Hills BMW:
Beverly Hills BMW cannot accept lease returns if you did not purchase your BMW from them. Mark D., the manager stated they simply do not have the space for any more lease returns unless you got your car from them originally. Why - after receiving 7 years of exceptional service over 2 great cars does BMW Bev Hills have to go against the grain of a nationwide program that boasts #1 customer service across all of its dealers? Maybe, in true Beverly Hills fashion, if you're not part of the inner circle your sh!t just stinks. Thanks for setting me straight, Mark - you just lost a sale.

My Review of Beverly Hills BMW:
Just had the first service on my 2007 550i leased in April 2006 (via Neda - great sales experience by the way)
I had some minor issues with the car in terms of transmission smoothness, etc. and everything was taken care of perfectly. Can't recommend them highly enough. While it does get crowded now, thing will be better in a while as they are going to be constructing a new facility with much more space for the service drive, etc.

My Review of Beverly Hills BMW:
I have always had great experience in both service and sales from Beverly Hills BMW, and presently own two 5-series cars, both of which get serviced at this location.

It is important to make an appiontment for service, as this place often gets overloaded due to the high number of BMWs in the Beverly Hills area. From what I have seen, many of the customers waiting on the service drive are often impatient and/or rude. Nastiness does not get you better service. BMW (especially in Beverly Hills) drivers seem to think they are "special" and demand immediate satisfaction. That isnot always possible.

I think BH BMW is doing a great job with the constraints they are working under, and hopefully they will get the new and expanded facilities they need.

My Review of Beverly Hills BMW:
website offered to set up appointments on-line. after a few days, i hadn't heard back for a confirmation so i called. the woman who handled scheduling appointments didn't have me on the books and didn't even know BHBMW offered on-line appointments. that ticked me off.

they were also a bit of a pain in terms of trying to set up a time for me to drop off- weren't very understanding that i needed to be at work at a reasonable hour.

now that i live back in OC, i can take it to my favorite independent shop (autowerkes in HB), who does great work at a reasonable price, and will pick up and deliver the car for free.

My Review of Beverly Hills BMW:
Bought a pre-owned 325it, excellent experience, not pushy, good pricing, no BS negotiations etc. went for 2 service calls (maintenance warranty) so far, excellent service, they treat you like a king, servgice is flawless. I had to replace a trim piece, actual price ended up 1/2 of the original quote, all-in-all another reason to drive a bmw...
