I put a 5k deposit down on a Cayenne with Samuel. A few hours later I was informed they will have to charge a 15k “surcharge”. Instead, they later called this a “premium charge” any dealer adding an “additional markup” under any circumstances—it is greed, plain and simple, on the part of the dealer. It’s a reprehensible practice and should not be rewarded by the customer falling for this rank exploitation. More

I had Carlos as my sales rep and Don as Sales manager that over saw my purchase. I had a wonderful experience with this dealership and in particular with these two individuals.
