My Review of Beverly Hills Porsche:
Beverly Hills Audi dealership has terrible service and unethical rude staff. It's impossible to turn the car back in, they are basically kicking you out of the dealership if you are not planning to purchase another vehicle right away. One of the main sales people in Beverly Hills Audi – Richard Lee can outperform any crook on the block. Stay away!

I actually pulled my car from a repair due to the attitude of their staff. I would recommend taking your car somewhere else

My Review of Beverly Hills Porsche:
Aside from the fact that the agents are always pretending to be on the phone, as a compliment the people there are helpful, organized, and fast. But i got one big problem with the service. --read below

Well i had my audi since 04, and first couple of times of service, they provided loaner cars. And you would expect after two years, they would either keep the same customer standards or make it better. But in this case, they not only don't provide loaners anymore , but only provide rent a wrecks(thats not an audi car).

I told the agent that i don't mind paying for an "audi" loaner. But they only provide rent a wrecks. For a 40k car you would expect a good loaner car, but not anymore.

For bmw , lexus and land rover owners who complain about the service they get. At least they provide you guys loaner cars.

My Review of Beverly Hills Porsche:
I work at an auction that received an Audi A4 from BH Audi and it had a discrepancy on the mileage. We contacted the Service Manager about it and she acted like she couldn't care less. Now take into account that we work for the same company, Audi of America and we should be all working towards the same goal, which is improving the brand. With that kind of attitude, it just makes my job harder. If she has this attitude with me, an internal customer, God help the person off the street who comes in for service!

I went in to take a look at a used 911 they had on CARS.COM. The salesman called to tell me it had been sold, but I was a few blocks away by the time he called. I ended up buying a beautiful 2000 911 with 35k miles. I haggled and got a great price. My sales guy, Mark I. was very courteous and made time for me, even though I wasn't the most spendy person on the lot. Overall, a great experience. One would think that a Porsche dealer in BH wouldn't even care about someone that only wants to spend $40 on a car - but you'd be wrong. Very impressed with this dealer. I'd highly recommend.

My Review of Beverly Hills Porsche:
have returned for service 3 times for the same problem, tech dropped my vehicle off the alignment rack this time damaging driver side kick plate/panel. r/r painted panel, had tt three days stated they repaired issue originally went in for (struts)...issue still exists, got a ford escort as a rental/loaner...horrible; a tin can as a loander for a $40k car? is there an audi dealer that caters to the customer instead of to themselves?
