I had a great experience with my purchase from Bickford Ford in Snohomish. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Eric McCarthy worked directly with myself and my family. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles, had great patience with us and did not pressure us in anyway. He went above and beyond by getting us a fantastic deal on the purchase. I have had dealings with a number of dealers, and none had the qualities that I found at Bickford. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. For my family auto purchases I will definitely give my business to Bickford. More

Bickford Ford was a great dealership to buy a truck through. I had previously called a few different dealerships around the westcoast and none of them took my call seriously and never got back to me o through. I would never buy a car anywhere else. I have purchased both a car and a truck at Bickford. On both occasions, the salesperson was not pushy. In fact, when I bought the car, the sales person allowed me t both a car and a truck at Bickford. On both occasions, the salesperson was not pushy. In fact, when I bought the car, the sales person allowed me to take the car home for four days with just a $100.00 deposit. When I came back, he handed me my check and asked me what I wanted to do--no pressure!!. I did buy the car, but noted that the windshield washers didn't work. They fixed the washers at their expense, and, without prompting, also fixed the serpentine belt and rear brakes AT NO CHARGE because they felt they "should have done that before it went out for sale". At all times I have been treated with respect and without the usual "Hey, Little Lady" attitude a woman often gets at a car dealership. Bickford Ford is the best dealership anywhere! More
