A great rainy day We drove into Big Al's Auto Outlet just to turn around. We were looking for a small pick up and saw a Tacoma over in the corner so we took a look and We drove into Big Al's Auto Outlet just to turn around. We met Mathew, a very pleasant young man, who answered all our questions with honesty and no pressure. after learning more about our need he suggested we look at a Nisan Frontier. It turned out to be perfect for us and it came with a lifetime power train warrantee from Goldstein. After driving the truck, which is awesome, and engaging in a little negotiating we came to a respectable deal. There was never any pressure during our transaction and the information we received in response to questions was always very complete and honest. I have never had such a great experience shopping for a used vehicle. If you are shopping for a new or used vehicle go to Big Al's. The whole staff and i mean whole staff was involved. Not only was i sold but my 4 year old sassy mama was sold. Anthony was who i dealt with right from the beginning on the financial aspect and once i found the car I WANTED Anthony found a way to make it happen.. While i sat and dicussed business with Anthony the staff played with my daughter and kept her occupied. My daughter that night said mommy i love all my new friends... That made me smile and i knew i made the right choice. Nathan was such a great salesman he made sure i was 100% happy with my car. He did not want to hear 90% or even 95% his goal was 100% and i have to say im 100% happy with my 2012 Mitsubishi outlander sport. He did not rush us or become frustrated with my uncertainty. In the end my daughter was satisfied and even though I was in shock I was elated with the choice we made.
