My first new car from this dealership was in the fall of 1968, The last one I drove home in was 2 weeks ago. They are great people and deserve a chance at your business. 1968, The last one I drove home in was 2 weeks ago. They are great people and deserve a chance at your business. More
It was great. They asked what I wanted and then went and got it. For some reason Ford is not putting any vehicles on the lot so they have to trade to get them. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars is because it came to me with a dash light on for one or more of my wheels. Not sure what the issue is with that as I have been unable to take the car in to find out. Overall I’d be happy to continue business with Big Country. More
Terrible service department. Had my truck for 10 days and they still couldn’t give me a timeline to look at the truck to assess needed repairs. I saw that they had the model car with the options I wanted for sale at a good price. I called and spoke to Nacho Molina and we came to a deal in about 15 minutes. I already had financing for the car, wanted for sale at a good price. I called and spoke to Nacho Molina and we came to a deal in about 15 minutes. I already had financing for the car, so when I drove the 70 miles from Abilene, they had the car ready and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Big Country Ford! More
After 5 1/2 weeks of being told my calls would be returned, but never were, and a loaner car not available for use for three days while mine was being serviced, I approached the Sales Manager, Thoma returned, but never were, and a loaner car not available for use for three days while mine was being serviced, I approached the Sales Manager, Thomas Scull with documented evidence of the situation. Obviously, I was interrupting his computer time, because as I walked in and introduced myself, he continued to ignore me. Before I sat down, I apologized for interrupting, and ask if I needed to come back. By that time, he stopped and listened to my story ,AND his main question was not how BCF could assist me, rather -- "Who is going to pay for the loaner"? After being asked this question 4 times, I simply said since I was not the dealer, I could not answer his question. All I knew was what I was told when I purchased a Lincoln Aviator, Black Label. At that point, he said--"We don't work on Black Label". So for over a month, I have tried to schedule an appointment for service, which would include a car for me to use, since the repair on mine, with less than 5,000 miles, would take three (3) days. This dealership only has 2 cars classified as "Loaners", and they have been in use for the entire period. In my opinion, the success of a business starts with designated leadership. In years past, no one that walked through the doors of that dealership, would have had such a problem with Joe Weatherby, Bud Stephens, Bill Slaymaker, or Buddy Reynolds. None of those gentlemen had a problem seeing that each person was immediately taken care of, and came back for years to purchase vehicles, or even for service, regardless of purchase location. So sorry, times have changed!!! Before you buy a new car, you might check to see who is qualified to service it. Not all local dealers have that capability or DESIRE. More
