Big O Dodge Chrysler Jeep

My husband and I purchased a 2003 Dodge 3500 truck in February 2012. We were told it passed inspection and was in good condition. We have had to put in almost $8000 worth of repairs already. New radiator, new transmission, new starter, new tires, new belts, new fuel injection pump, pulley system. There are still repairs that need to be done. After contacting the dealership, they were not very helpful. Told us we bought it as is. The last time I tried to talk to someone, I was hung up on. I tried to talk to a manager, they kept trying to get me to talk to the salesman. I will never go back there. More

After doing extensive research, I knew what price would be fair and right off the bat it was an extremely great price. They also gave me a great price on my trade in.
