We purchased a used vehicle from them with the guarantee we would be able to refinance or purchase a new vehicle with no money down after 8 months of on time monthly payments. After 8 months we returned to refinance or trade our vehicle in for a new vehicle. However, we were told that we had too much negative equity and they no longer did business with the company they financed us through. They priced the vehicle, they selected the finance the company they set up the payments and interest rate and they guaranteed we could refinance/trade up after 8 months. They lied. Not only did they lie, the also were very condescending in their explanation of the situation they credited. Run far from Big Red Sports and Imports. You are better off at a buy here pay here lot, at least you know what you are getting yourself into. More

Good prices. High pressure sales. Poor customer service. Great price and good cars but dishonest and high pressure sales. I bought the car I wanted from them because I did my research knew it was a good pric Great price and good cars but dishonest and high pressure sales. I noticed a couple blemishes in the vehicle right away despite the ad saying their mechanic ranked the car as an 11 out of 10. More like a 9 in my opinion. Your mechanic is either an idiot or someone is lying. Rotors and tires are bad and there was very slight scrapes to the front bumper. I felt like the salesman was trying to conceal this. I was just looking the first time I shopped there. They almost refused to let me leave and harassed me to buy immediately. I wanted to think on the purchase like I do with all big purchases. They nearly made me late for work and he acted all offended when I finally just left. I did end returning to buy only because I liked the car and despite the flaws the price was good. Would have liked a more honest dealership get the sale though. More honesty and less harassment and this could have been a 5 star. More

Thieves and Liars Went in to purchase a car I seen online. After them trying to put us in something else we finally made a deal on the one we wanted. When we went to pay the rest we were told only $750 could be charged by phone so we did that with the intentions to call back for the remaining $250 only to find that they had taken the $750 as well as another $1000 out of our checking account. After the run around all day we were told the $750 was back in our account. Wrong, still not there and we have no money to buy groceries for our 3 kids. Thieves and liars. I wouldn't go back to them for a million dollars! More

worst experience we have ever had !! They were so friendly by phone Lorraine to be exact got us to come in and got us in a car but turns out it was a terrible car they even advised us to file an illegal insurance claim next time it hails !!! Well needless to say after a phone call a day later telling us we needed to come back in ASAP to signs some papers we knew something wasn't right well they tried to tell us it was because they got us a better interest rate and payment but they didn't even have a finance company for us before ! Which we found out when we tried to get insurance on the vehicle our agent advised us there was no lienholder ??? So that was that and we took car back and that was that we'll we thought until they started harassing us and telling us they were going to sue us and they guy claimed to be someone he wasn't have me a fake name and a fake finance companies name I know because I checked further into it!! It was all a lie!! More

First off there were a few things needing fixed on the car Windsheild headlight etc. in the midest of these things being taken care of I was forced to wait at another dealership who had no idea I would even be there for the car to be detailed and Windsheild replaced. Now I purchased an additional warrienty that was supposed to provided a rental car but yet I still was forced to wait a total of 8 hours for my car to be ready. AND to top it off they will not replace the headlight, which when purchasing the car I was assured of multiple multiple times. Also I did not recieve a spare tire and when I asked about one after the fact I was told I would have to purchase that seperately. Horrible horrible experience and horrible horrible service. The other dealership I was sent to for the detailing and Windsheild replacement was a way better experience. They were extremely friendly and very helpful in getting things taken care of. Would not recommend big red to my worst enemy. Will never purchase another car there ever. More

We appreciate his knowledge and not making us play games all night They got to the price we asked. We bought a used Hyundai, (this makes 4) and feel it was a fair deal. Our only disappointment was they promised to pay TTL (and they didnt) and we left without a full tank of gas. They didn't have time to detail it the night we bought it, but Greg made sure it was accomplished the next day, (although they could of delivered it to us). Overall experience was good. If you want a quick process Greg is able to achieve this. Thank you Greg. More
