The whole experience was a disaster. I had my vehicle towed on the morning of 10/3. I saw online it takes up to 24 to 48 hours for a diagnostic, which is fine. However, I never received one call from any Representative from the dealership letting me know of anything going on with my vehicle. I had to call every two days to try and get information regarding my vehicle which I feel I shouldn’t have to do. I received a call for the first time on 10/10 telling me my car was ready to be picked up. I picked my car up that afternoon around 5:15 p.m only for the engine light to reappear Saturday morning 10/11. I had to have my car towed back to the dealership again and proceed to not have anyone let me know they ever received my vehicle again and for it to sit for an additional two days. One of the times I called I spoke with an employee notifying him of an issue that I had with the dash on my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The touchscreen is separating and it was under warranty at the time so I needed to have it taken care of before the vehicle hit 60K miles. It was never taken care of and now I’m 100 miles from that mileage and will have to pay for this outta my pocket. This will be the last vehicle I purchase from this dealership and will be sure not to recommend it to anyone. I have no interest in getting and type of work done here, not even an oil change. The service was that terrible. More

Did get fuel sample like asked. No, changing of the oil or filter on dash board. A/c took a week. Which im not to mad about that. Fuel filter are stupid priced.
