Sales rep was great and so was the finance manager. But the person in charge of registration and license plates is not very good at her job. I was assured it would be no problem getting a vehicle purch But the person in charge of registration and license plates is not very good at her job. I was assured it would be no problem getting a vehicle purchased from them registered in the state of Wisconsin, our home state. I purchased the vehicle on 10/29/2025. On 01/ 16/2026 which was 10 weeks and 2 days after the purchase I checked with the Wisconsin DMV and they had no paperwork on file for my vehicle. I went to Alexander Ford and asked their registration person what was going on. She told me she hadn't been able to find out where to send the info to in Wisconsin. This was 10 weeks and 2 days after the purchase and she hadn't asked for help from anyone else at the dealership and hadn't contacted me. I pulled out my phone and Googled WI DMV and showed her where to send the paperwork to get it registered to me and to get license plates. It took me 10 seconds to do more than she had in over 10 weeks. She said she would have Wisconsin send the plates to the dealer and she would contact me as soon as she got them fir me to pick them up. I had to get a second temporary license plate because the original expired after 3 months. Today , 02/17/2026, I found out the plates just arrived at our Wisconsin address when we are still in Arizona and will be in Arizona until April! The truck we bought is staying in Arizona since we have a van for traveling. We had to ask our daughter to get the plates and registration put into the mail to get them to us! So, NO, we are not happy. More
