We were looking to downsize from a 1 ton to something that was comfortable and could tow a small trailer. We went to several dealerships, but Alexander Ford was by far the best! We were back and forth from the dealership for several days trying to decide, there was no ‘heavy pressure’ from him; he answered all our questions and let us test drive all the models we were interested in. We ended up with a Ford Explorer, and are very happy with it. Another shout out to Dan Blanco, we had a service apportionment for an upholstery/paint treatment and it was going to be a few hours. He lent us his PRIVATE vehicle so we could go to breakfast and run an errand. To me that’s over and above service! Very happy with Alexander Ford, and if we ever need another vehicle we will definitely come back. More

Second time I’ve had service done here and it will be the last. First time they left the hood unlatched and drew on the outside of my tires with grease pencil. Second time I go in for a tailgate issue and th last. First time they left the hood unlatched and drew on the outside of my tires with grease pencil. Second time I go in for a tailgate issue and they end up doing unauthorized inspections. The result of the inspection was my radiator fluid was low. I said sure take care of it. Instead of topping off the fluid they do an entire radiator flush to the tune of $300! Twice burned is enough for me. More

The first sales representative didn't follow through, so I asked for a new one. The second rep was ok. I had the car delivered, and unfortunately, it was not cleaned, and it did not have a full tank of gas I asked for a new one. The second rep was ok. I had the car delivered, and unfortunately, it was not cleaned, and it did not have a full tank of gas as promised. In fact the car was actually dirty on the inside. Since I was purchasing from out of state I relied on customer service and good faith to deliver what they promised. This was a certified used vehicle which was also supposed to have all of the recalls performed before the delivery. Come to find out there is still an outstanding recall. Lastly, when I tried to reach out after I took delivery, they dropped me like a bad habit. Not very professional. I hate to leave bad reviews, but when you rely on honesty and trust with such a large purchase from out of state, I would expect better customer service and transparency. More
