I arrived promptly at 9:00 AM for a scheduled transmission flush and oil change, clearly stating I’d be waiting on-site. Carrie, the front desk staff, was polite and initially seemed competent, but that’s where the positives end. At 9:27 AM, Carrie called to say the mechanic questioned my request for a transmission flush, as my truck was shifting hard in and out of gear. They claimed a flush wouldn’t fix it and pushed a $190 diagnostic fee. Fine, I agreed, expecting progress. By 10:35 AM, another call: they “didn’t have time” to diagnose and asked me to bring my truck back the next day, promising to at least complete the flush and oil change. I waited patiently, assuming they were working on it. Fast forward to 3:00 PM—six hours of my life wasted in their waiting area. I finally approached Carrie to check the status, and lo and behold, my truck was “ready.” Suspicious, I asked what they’d actually done. Her response? Nothing. Zilch. Nada. Apparently, a “miscommunication” with the dispatcher meant my truck sat untouched all day, keys in hand, while I twiddled my thumbs. If I hadn’t asked, how long would they have let me sit there, oblivious? Carrie’s apologies, while sincere, don’t excuse this incompetence. The dispatcher, whoever that is, clearly has no system to track jobs or prioritize customers. This isn’t just a one-off either—it’s my second time leaving Bill Collins Ford with zero service despite a scheduled appointment. Last time, I swore I wouldn’t return, but I foolishly gave them another chance. Never again. Bill Collins would be rolling in his grave if he saw the shambles his namesake has become. This service department is a masterclass in disorganization, apathy, and disrespect for customers. Save your time, money, and sanity—take your vehicle literally anywhere else. More

Bill Collin’s has the worst customer service! I had an awful experience with this dealership’s service department. Izzy and Jordan are the worst and most lazy “service advisors.” As a service adv I had an awful experience with this dealership’s service department. Izzy and Jordan are the worst and most lazy “service advisors.” As a service advisor they are to act as a liaison between customers and the service department, assessing customer vehicle issues. Yet, this never happened! My car was scheduled in for a check engine light improperly diagnosed, which left me stranded without a vehicle for several days. Due to their lack of proper service, my car developed a potential engine knock after they informed me they only changed my battery, which could have been avoided with better care and attention. I had to get my car towed back to the dealership and for days they NEVER even looked at it. I had enough and came and picked up my vehicle! The worst part was the complete lack of communication. I had to constantly reach out for updates, and when I did get a response, it was vague and unhelpful. A dealership should prioritize customer service, but this one clearly does not. I wouldn’t trust or recommend them with my vehicle EVER again, especially Izzy or Jordan. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE! Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere! More

I appreciate that, some service people make an audible sigh or that look, with the elderly, which I hate even before I open my mouth. From the get-go he listened to my situation and asked valid questions to make sure he understood my requests, which I did notice. An hour into my waiting, he checked in with me, it turns out, the TECH found another issue, it opened up a new discussion which involved the extra maintenance I have with my Lincoln, of which I keep the paperwork in the car. He was running back and forth, from me to my car, to find what I believed was a covered repair. It wasn't but, that is not the point, Hunter was running around, reading the warranty paperwork and gladly showed me where he found it, then ran back.to my car to put away. Something he really didn't have to do, and I thank him for that. Granted it wasn't that busy, but I gotta hand it to him and the other service writer, they were working so well together and kept the cars moving as it did get busier. Hunter deservers a 5 Star Rating, not the Mr. Shane Collins whom I did not see or meet, unless that is the name of the other service writer I listed below. More
Went in to work a deal to trade in a recently bought used vehicle that my wife was unhappy with. Got a decent trade in offer and worked a deal to buy a Lincoln Corsair. The service was great however they did not put a sticker on my car telling me when my next service should be. Very nice and Courteous people helping. Had my 2020 tremor truck for 6 months with a transmission issue, poor communication and this vehicle was under warranty. No help from ford nor Bill Collins. Had to make 6 months worth of payments with no veh issue, poor communication and this vehicle was under warranty. No help from ford nor Bill Collins. Had to make 6 months worth of payments with no vehicle. Was forced to buy another vehicle which I bought from Bylery Ford with zero hassle due to I use this vehicle for work. Just think if I was not in a position to buy another vehicle and myself and family depended on this we would of literally been destroyed as a family not being able to drive back and fourth to and from work. Bill Collins could have cared less as did Ford Motor themselves. once again my family and I have bought at least 20+ vehicles from Bill Collins over the years and they have lost not only my business but anyone I can talk to about doing future business with them. The lack of communication, caring about a customer and empathy is rather disgusting and I will write as many reviews to let everyone know my story every chance I get. 6 months and not caring is a little much in my book for multi million dollar companies to not act on! A very unsatisfactory performance out of a dealership to say the least. More
