My Review of Bill Crispin Chevrolet Inc.:
Tom Saxton clearly knows his cars. He is relaxed and friendly to talk to. He answered all my question, those I asked and a few I should have asked. He allowed me a test drive and picked a car for the test drive equipped as I said I wanted mine to be. He offered me a list possible discounts (none of which I qualified for) and several options for financing. On my picking up the car, he took considerable time to show me all the driving controls and all the comfort, communication and entertainment options in my new Cruze. This was my first purchase of a car from Bill Crispin, and I would be glad some day to purchase another.

Phil Miller was totally wonderful to work with. He is there for your before, during, and after the sale! My son was buying his first car. Phil gave us a great deal, he was pleasant to work with and went the extra mile to get us the best car for our son! Will loves his Equinox!

My Review of Bill Crispin Chevrolet Inc.:
From the moment I walked through the doors, I was treated like I was a part of the "family" and not just another customer inquiring about a vehicle. Phil took his time with me on each of my two visits and made sure that I was comfortable and knowledgeable about my vehicle before I drove off of the lot. In addition, the support staff that my Dad and I worked with after agreeing to purchase the car were extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend Phil Miller and all of the employees at Bill Crispin to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

My Review of Bill Crispin Chevrolet Inc.:
I have bought Chevrolet's in '72 and again in '08 for work and when I had a bad accident that totaled my work van I went to the dealer closest and also where I bought the first van. I went where I was treated with respect and courtesy. Each time I needed an oil change you were close and efficient at getting me back on the road to get back to my customers in a timely manor. Being in business it is important to keep your word as well as treat your customers as human beings and your dealership does that in my opinion!! Thank you for caring!!

Getting my vehicle serviced at Bill Crispin is great! Today they did my oil change and tire rotation. They also noticed a chip in my windshield and fixed it free of charge! I like the friendly atmosphere and attention to detail. Driving a vehicle that is well taken care of gives me great confidence when I'm on the road.

My Review of Bill Crispin Chevrolet Inc.:
I was very happy with my experience at Crispin Chevrolet and with my salesman, Phil Miller. Phil was very friendly, he knew the cars he was selling as well as the older models and their issues. Phil listened to what I had to say, to my wants and likes and even my dislikes, and he did not try to push anything on me, especially respecting my dislikes. This was my first time coming in to Crispin Chevrolet, and I was prepared to leave if the sales staff became pushy, as I have experienced in other dealerships, but I was very pleased and comfortable with Phil, Heather, Debbie Crispin. Every employee we crossed paths with took the time to say hi and welcome us to Crispin. I am looking forward to a long relationship with this dealership.
