We had gone to another dealership who promised us a price and then as soon as we walked in there they changed it on us. I contacted Bill Dodge and explained what we wanted and the price and Patrick within a and then as soon as we walked in there they changed it on us. I contacted Bill Dodge and explained what we wanted and the price and Patrick within a half hour found a vehicle and then worked hard to get us a price we were comfortable with. They were very professional, honest and easy to deal with as always. I had purchased a vehicle from them in 2010 and then in 2012 we referred them to a family member for a new Sorento and then in 2013 we referred a friend for her Tuscon. We should have never looked anyplace else. More

I began calling around Hyundai dealerships nearest me, namely, in Brunswick, Augusta, and Bangor. I also contacted each of these three by their websites. Every store responded, but Seth Taylor @ Bill Dodge spent time finding out my story. What I wanted and when I wanted it and asked a thousand questions, never getting annoying, always friendly and he sounded smart. The other two dealers responded with a form and one made contact by phone, but his manner was not as friendly as Seth's. I know they both wanted to sell me a car, but one of them gave me the impression he was talking to me for his benefit, while Seth made me feel he wanted me to get something I wanted. Towards the end of the process, I was introduced to the service Dep't. Holly was super accomodating and friendly, as well. All in all, I must say this was the best car buying experience of my life. I'm almost 70 and have bought a few cars over the years. More

Bob Couture greeted me with a friendly smile and handshake. I told him I saw someone driving a Tucson and wanted to find out more about it. I came back a few days later to ask more questions and drove it again. Still no pressure. I liked his personality, he had a wealth of knowledge and was patient with me while I asked many questions (some of them for the second time). On my next trip to the dealership I leased a 2013 Tucson and couldn't be happier! It was a most enjoyable experience. I met Phil Afthim when it was time to discuss finances. He was friendly, very knowledgable, had an easy going manner, and made the process painless. Again,a wonderful experience. David Sardella did the final wrap up of the paperwork and discussed Resistal. He is another example of the quality of people who work at the Brunswick dealership. We found ourselves in a predicament where we needed a car because our old one was very broken and it was not worth fixing. We owed some money on our car and we didn't know what to do. We talked to Bob and Stu about the situation and they went to work. Dave the finance guy also worked with us to find a solution that would fit. By the end of the day we got a wonderful deal that got us out of our broken car and into a new one. The whole team went above and beyond what they had to, to make it work for our family. We have a special needs child so having someone take the time and really care about you means a lot to us. They will be getting all of our business from now on. When our children need cars we will be taking them there as well. We were treated like humans and not walking dollar signs. They were honest and caring. Pressure. The sales guy James, was fantastic in fact I am sorry he didn't get the sale but I know he was being pressured from the back end and in the end that reflected on my choice to leave. Calling is a nightmare, no one is available at their phone so you have to leave a message and then they'll call you back when they can. I wanted to finish this up in 1 day however when I was informed on a Saturday that I would have to come back Monday, after signing the paperwork and essentially owning the car to get it, that didn't sit well with me. Why did I go to another dealership that didn't insist that I pay for the brand new inspection sticker that according to you had to be put on before I could take the car, by Maine state law? And also why wouldn't you have staff on on a Saturday to put these stickers on? Here's a few helpful hints to maybe improve your service: LESS PRESSURE, get your sales people some computers or tablets! I had to go home to pull up the stock # of a vehicle that I went there interested in because no one knew what I was talking about. Get a politer finance manager and one who has decent phone skills, for some reason I had to call back at 5:15 on Saturday to find out what was going on, and then my sales guy had to do the talking because Chris was heading out of the office. And no call until after 11 on Monday after I left a message at 9. I was already at another dearlship. Your biggest mistake was letting me walk away after 2 days of dancing around. That's ok though, thank you for the better deal I got somewhere else and the 1 day sale I got there too! More
