Best Buying Experience Ever!! Bill Dube Hyundai has the #1 Customer services I have ever received in a dealership. They really do go Above and Beyond for there customers.. My neighbor had bought the Santa Fe SUV, and recommended this vehicle due to the excellent gas mileage. My Husband and I had visited a couple of local dealerships, where they had average customer service at best. So we figured we would give Bill Dube Hyundai in Wilmington a try. When we arrived we were greeted at the door by Amos. Amos was extremely courteous and professional in answering all our questions regarding sale pricing, incentives, financing, and trade-in values. We test drove the Santa Fe 2.0T. I loved the car immediately, and returned to the dealership to complete the sales agreement. While negotiating the sale price, trade-in, and financing, their staff made everything fall into place to where I needed things to be. Amos was amazing from the start right to the finish of the sale. He also checked up on my new vehicle the next 2 days, to see if I needed anything, or had any questions. I had emailed customer service on their website, concerning an engine noise that recently developed. I then received an email back within minutes. Also Scott Dube called me the same night along with Rob twice to make sure I was taken care of. My husband and I were like WOW. The next morning they contacted me and arranged a drop off of the vehicle. They immediately put me in a loaner car and I was on my way. I did receive my car back the next day, purring like a kitten. To sum it up, they really did take unbelievable care of me, and I was so blown away! I'm so happy with my decision to go to Bill Dube Hyundai!! They put 110% into customer satisfaction, and I just cannot thank them all enough. I've already told all my family and friends how awesome they were, and if there buying a car to come to Bill Dube dealership! Thank you to everyone at Bill Dube that helped me! "Correct their error"

I few weeks back I wrote a nasty post about Bill Dube. I have never in my time of working with them have had the most horrible experience with the service. Once I posted my thoughts they immediately got back to me to talk about the problem I had. I was happy with how quick they responded but I don't think I should have had to do what I did. Normally I wouldn't have written a review like that but I was so upset that my husband who works for a car dealer told me I should. I am extremely happy with this dealership and will probably stick with them for a long, long time. Just hoping that each mistake that is made (and they are allowed to have a few) they learn from.

"Will NEVER go there again"

I had a terrible experience at Bill Dube and will never return. My husbands car needed work done and we had it towed there. $695 later they said it was fixed and we picket it up. The next day it had the same issue, so it had to be towed back to them. They then said it was now a different issue and would cost $2,250 to fix. I shopped around and found a shop that fixed the problem for $1,100 (talk about price gouging). I went to get the car to have it towed out of Bill Dube and the man in service told me they needed to reattach the exhaust first, and oh, by the way, the tire is flat. I asked how the tire went flat because it wasn't flat when the car got towed there. He had no answer for me and got irritated with me for continuing to ask why he didn't inform me. He said he was waiting to hear back from us whether or not we were fixing the car. I said it would have been courteous to let us know. He said I didn't even know you were coming for your car because no one told me. I wasn't aware I had to tell him I was coming to get the car that I own. He then said that there was more work needed on the car so I asked why he didn't inform us of that when he told us about the $2,250 that needed to be done. At this point he was agitated and said I was addressing your husband's main concern at the time. I said were you going to tell him when it was up on the lift and too late for us to say no. He again said I was addressing the main concern. I said the whole car running is our main concern so then his story changed to my husband cut him off. I asked that he go check the status of my car so I could leave and never return. He then walked away and under his breath said "good get the xxx out". I didn't realize swearing at your customers (former customers) was the Bill Dube way. This man should not be working with the public. And I want everyone to know that this is not a customer friendly place. And I found out from the garage that there was a hole in the side of the tire, that WAS NOT THERE when Hyundai Assurance towing came and got the car from my house (if it was the tire would have been flat at my house and they would not have towed on a flat bed). This has soured me from Hyundai in general.

We were looking for a nice car to go along with our forward direction in life. David was buying his first new car and was inquiring a lot of information which he received the answers to through paul. paul has a great,kind natured spirit and wants to work with you to get you the best deal possible. He is also very comical. He showed interest in us and was eager to serve us. Excellent service!

We had leased a car in 2013 and went in to see if we could upgrade to an SUV due to having a baby. We dealt with Will Stiegletz in sales and he was the best salesman we have ever dealt with. Each time we come here they always make it so easy and are totally different than other salesmen. They dont play with us and make it impossible to get a car. They are straight forward with you and wont beat around the bush. If you tell them what you want, they will make it happen. Brandi in financing was the best, she had a great personality and never gave up. Our signing took longer than we thought and they all stayed a half hour after they closed to make sure we got the deal done and done the correct way and how we wanted it done. They are very flexible and are customary to there customers which is awesome. The night we were there late, it was snowing and before we left Will took our keys and started it, pulled it around and brushed the car off as well. All around THE BEST dealer to o to.
