Sarah has always been very friendly and says hi to me by name as soon as I walk in. She always walks around my car checking things out before we sit down to go over what I am having done. She goes over all the work with me and she gives me a price for each thing that is being done. The work has always been done on time and I have always been very satisfied. I have owned my car for 12 years and I love it. My daughter was so impressed that I always had good luck with it that she bought one in 2008. I really like the "Know Your Vehicle" report that they print out. I find it very helpful knowing that something needs attention instead of a surprise breakdown. I always go to the dealership to have work done because I feel they know their cars best and use Hyundai parts.

Sarah Lord is the best representative for Dube. She explained to me everything that was done to my car and she suggested to me what I should do for my next service and she scheduled it for me in advance.

Dealing with Chris was a pleasure. He was friendly and professional. I wasn't sure whether I wanted a used Santa Fe or a new Tucson. My son had gone to the dealership the day before and suggested I test drive the Tucson. After driving it I was sure I wanted it. Chris took time to explain everything about the SUV. Then Said took over for the financial part. He gave me a good price on my 2003 Hyundai and got financing without a problem.
The whole experience was flawless and I left there a happy customer.
My previous Hyundai was also bought here.
I would recommend this dealership and Chris and Said to anyone looking for a good experience buying a car.

My husband and I were looking at SUV's but were not sure if we were ready to purchase. My husband saw a Hyundai Tucson on the web site on a Friday evening and I wend to see it the next day and that is when my wonderful experience started. Chris Lemire was the sales rep that I met and was extremely helpful. I had my two year old grandson with me and Chris actually brought the vehicle to me so I would not have do drag my grandson around the lot. I loved the Tucson, it was clean, not a scratch on it. Chris explained all the features to me and I was very impressed with his knowledge. I scheduled an appointment for Sunday to take it for a test drive. Chris was once again more than helpful to me and my husband telling us to test drive it for as long as we needed. Chris did not use any high pressure sales tactics which really impressed me, if he had, we would have been out the door and the sale would not have taken place no matter how much I liked the vehicle. We were given a fair price on my trade and the financing went through painlessly. I am very impressed with Chris and dealership itself.

We recently purchased a 2010 Kia Soul from your dealership and must admit that we had a wonderful experience. Our experience was due to the professional and friendly manner of your salesman Mr. Christopher Lemire. Chris spent seral hours answering questions we had and showing us several vehicles we were interested in. Chris also took us on three different vehicle test drives as well. The best part of our experience was that we were never pushed or hurried at any time. When we finZCally made our decision on what vehicle we were going to buy Chris made sure that everything else was taken care of as well. We are happy to say that we are quite pleased with our purchase and would not hesitate to return to your dealership for a future purchase. And once again we thank Chris for a great experience.

Wahid was the friendliest dealer I encountered during my car search. I ended up not choosing to get a Hyundai, but if I had, I certainly would have bought it from him. He didn't try to distract, misguide or insult me like many other dealers did. Wahid prepared two cars for me to test drive. He gave me plenty of time to take them out. I am grateful to have worked with him.
