After the fact when I tried to cancel, I talked to 3 different managers about canceling who gave me the runaround or just didn’t return my call as they stated they would except Maria who tried to help but was not successful. I will never purchase from them again. I will never go there for maintenance. They are the worst Ive ever dealt with!! More

I feel very taken advantage of after my experience here. I made an appointment for routine oil change/tire rotation that's included with my Toyota Care. I was told when I arrived that it was time for my "30 I made an appointment for routine oil change/tire rotation that's included with my Toyota Care. I was told when I arrived that it was time for my "30,000 mile service" and was not told any sort of price, so I assumed it would be no charge just like my oil change/tire rotation (which is what I made the appointment for). After the service I was told my total was $330..... if I had known it would be that much I never would have said yes but the way the service advisor worded it, that was basically my only option, and he never said any sort of price. Obviously I have learned the hard way to not trust anyone in the car industry. I have contacted the service advisor that charged me $330, David Louderback, and Toyota and no one has gotten back with me at all. I am very disappointed and will not be returning. Would not recommend. Also, a big deal was made that they "had to have 5 stars" on the survey I would receive about my experience. You can guess who never received a survey. More

On Saturday may 7th at 10 am Me and My wife went To bill Estes Toyota to buy new 2022 highlander hybrid. The Sales specialist Brandon Potts was one of the rudest most un-professional sales people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. He gave 0 effort and seemed to rush us out as soon as he could. This dealership used to be a Butler Toyota and wow, its crazy to see how much this place has gone downhill since then. I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this place or Brandon Potts, horrible experience. More
Worst dealer EVER. After spending over $3000.00 to have my van maintenanced, 2 days before a Florida trip my LR wheel came off in Tennessee at 2AM in the rain. broke off all lug studs, damaged wheel & back my van maintenanced, 2 days before a Florida trip my LR wheel came off in Tennessee at 2AM in the rain. broke off all lug studs, damaged wheel & backing plate. cost me $246.71 for towing & emergency repairs to get back on the road. Not to mention it started to over heat at idle waiting for tow truck, found out they did not plug in cooling fan after replacing a/c compressor. When I picked 1st up my van from the dealer it was making a squealing noise and missing 2 center caps. I took back immediately and they had to bend back the LF backing plate from rubbing on the rotor replacing brakes & tires. Then had to order new center caps they couldn't find. Then on the return visit after trip, the GM, Don Vannetta (worst person ever)was condescending and arrogant refused to replace the damaged rim & backing plate and still has not reimbursed me for me emergency tow & repairs. I wouldn't ever go there for any repairs because like me, your families life could be in jepardy. signed: Lucky to be alive..... no thanks to Bill Estes Toyota. More
