They know their product well and we are happy with our deal. Kudos also go to Jose, one of the local "BMW Geniuses," who helped us understand how to operate the new features on the 2019 X5, especially the parking assist feature which is a first for us. Finally, I must mention that the 2019 X5 is a major step forward in the luxury SUV market segment. The ride, handling, utility, and comfort are all outstanding. I love that Bill Jacobs has access to a test track for test driving the vehicles. It ensures someone like me (a bit of a nervous driver) a safe place to really see what the car can do! When it was time to sign everything, Anna in finance was great! She was so nice (and funny!) and everything was easy and seamless.
