He pointed out key features that mattered to me during the test drive - he didn't just give me his "stock" presentation - he focused on my needs. He quickly realized that I needed to custom order my 2019 X3 to include everything I wanted, and exclude things that were not important to me. The pricing negotiation went smoothly and I was very pleased with the final price of the vehicle. Rob Trax was the manager on that day and he was very helpful and kind as well. On the day of delivery, Amir in finance was amazing - very easy to complete the normally painful paperwork - very much appreciated. For this lease, in addition to Bill Jacobs, I had visited a couple of Mercedes dealers in the Chicago area looking at the GLC 300 and another BMW dealer looking at the X3- let me just say that these other dealerships treated me like I knew nothing about car buying and tried to inflate lease prices, were not transparent with key factors in a lease such as residual price and money factor. From start to finish everyone in this dealership treated me with respect and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! Bill Earnest truly cares about his customers and is second to none!
