Even though the car was well below the average cost of most of the cars on the lot, he was extremely curteous and efficient in answering my questions and tracking items down in order to make the deal happen and me happy/comfortable (even via the original email conversation that we started with). The car was exactly as advertised and I was happy to have made the long drive to see/get it. The whole experience went very smoothly with no pressure being felt by myself at all.
